1. Stand with one leg on the floor and another leg on the chair.
2. Both legs should be straight and hands clasped in front of chest.
3. Lowering into a lunge, sinking hips back and bending right knee to track directly in line with right foot. Keep left leg straight but not locked, with both feet pointing forward.
4. Push up to straighten right leg
5. Repeat for given reps and do the same with other leg
