1. Start in a standing position and then step back with the right foot into a lunge.
2. Drive through the left heel and bring that right leg up to a high knee and jump on the left foot.
3. You can use your arms in a running motion to support this movement (opposite arm as leg).
4. After the jump, try to bring the right leg right back into that lunge position.
5. Complete all repetitions on one side before switching to the other.
